These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Promoclub Services FZCO, trading as Magna Marketing ("we", "us", or "our"), through the website https://usemagna.com ("Site") and any associated platforms. By using our Site or services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Magna Marketing provides AI Engine Optimization (AEO) and lead generation services. We create, manage, and optimize campaigns to deliver qualified leads. Clients pay per qualified lead delivered. We do not offer guarantees of booked meetings or closed sales. Our responsibility ends at delivering leads that meet the agreed-upon qualification criteria.
By working with Magna, you agree to: provide accurate and honest business information, use the leads for internal use only and not resell or share them, contact delivered leads promptly and professionally, and maintain ethical communication with our team and leads.
Qualified leads are delivered in real-time via your preferred system. If a lead is completely unresponsive, clients may request a replacement within 7 calendar days, provided that contact is attempted on WhatsApp, phone, and email (3x per channel) and proof (screenshots with timestamps) is submitted via the lead replacement form.
Clients prepay for lead packages based on their selected volume. All fees are in AED unless otherwise agreed. Payments are non-refundable, except under the lead replacement clause. Late payments may incur interest or service pauses.
All systems, creatives, funnels, and campaign structures developed by Magna remain our intellectual property. Clients are granted a limited license to use delivered leads and results for internal purposes only. Redistribution or resale of leads is strictly prohibited.
Clients grant us the right to use logos, testimonials, or anonymized results for marketing and case studies. We always ensure brand representation is professional and respectful.
Client and lead data is processed solely for delivering the services. Sensitive lead data is never shared across accounts or with third parties unless explicitly permitted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Magna Marketing, you consent to receive text messages for both transactional and marketing purposes. Message frequency: 1-10 per month. Standard message and data rates apply. Opt-out by texting STOP. For help, text HELP or email hello@usemagna.com. You must be 18+ to participate. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not promise or guarantee sales results, ROI figures, or specific lead behavior post-delivery. Marketing performance varies based on factors beyond our control.
Refund requests made through payment processors or banks without direct resolution attempts will result in account suspension. Clients exhibiting abusive behavior toward our team may be permanently banned without refund.
Magna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services or leads.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. All leads delivered prior to termination remain payable. Magna may suspend or terminate services immediately in the case of abuse, non-payment, or breach of terms.
All disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). The prevailing party may recover legal fees.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Jurisdiction shall reside in Dubai.
